Gloria Pruett is the Founder and President of Gloria Pruett Ministries.  Rev. Pruett is an ordained cleric, teacher, and seminar speaker who hosts Biennial “Relaxing With Jesus Conferences.” Nothing is more satisfying to Rev. Pruett than helping others come to know Jesus as Lord and the fullness of being adopted into the family of God.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, and graduate of Word of Faith Bible Training Center (’96), (Pistis School of Ministry), Rev. Pruett travels as an itinerant minister proclaiming the “good news” of Jesus Christ. She has encouraged audiences, including educators, at-risk youth, singles, women's conferences, and numerous congregations in various cities across the USA.

Her first published book, Lift Up Your Hands: Raise Your Praise and Get Lost in God, was a non-fiction work and debuted in November 2005. She has since authored a new and updated version of this work, titled The ABCs of Praise: Lift Up Your Hands, Raise Your Praise, and Get Lost in God, which debuted in October 2022.

You’ve Got a Man is the first of many novels that God has placed in Rev. Pruett’s heart. She loves people and endeavors to touch them through books. She is the mother of three: Charles (Crystal), Carlton (Tosha), and Kelli; and grandmother of eight: Carlton Jr., Cariel, Amyah, Camaran, Chole, Cheyenne, Cordell, and Catherine.

When asked what motivates her the most, she responds without hesitation, “the love of God.”
